Honey Anne Salita
Age 97, of Minneapolis, died peacefully May 16, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Salita; parents, Morris and Susie Rubinsky; brother, Oscar Rubinsky; sisters, Bessie Goldman, Pini Gordon, Rivi Shink, and Esther Eigen. She is survived by her children, Wayne and Wendy Salita, Allan and Roz Salita, Brian and Sandy Salita; grandchildren, Dean (Rebecca) Salita, Kelly (Peter) Hyman, Scott (Alison) Salita, Amy (David) Klaiman, Marc (Michelle) Salita, Jennifer Salita, Dana (Cory) Herman, Jack (Sarah) Salita, Susan Salita; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Honey was a gracious lady with kindness and charm who was loved by all. Thanks to the staff at Knollwood Place and Sholom Home for their care. Funeral service MONDAY (TODAY), 12:30PM, UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY CHAPEL, 70 ½ and Thomas, Richfield. Memorials preferred to the donor’s favorite charity. SHIVA: 2330 Zane Ave N., Golden Valley (Mon. & Tues. 7PM).
